48 Castle Street 

Very briefly; The second floor is being set up to use as either an office or an apartment.  It is approximately 800sf in size.  There is one large (24x12) room across the front overlooking Castle Street.  The remainder consists of a bath and kitchen/eating area on one side and two bedrooms or bedroom and dining room on the other side of a central hall. 

The third floor is approximately 1,000sf in size and is very open.  There is a bath at the north end of the floor and a sleeping area (10x12) located midway on the east wall.  A large, open area surrounds the sleeping area with an open kitchen at the north end of the floor. 

Both apartments are heated and air conditioned with Energy Star rated heat pumps.  The air is filtered and sanitized with an ultraviolet lamp in the air stream.  Hot water will be provided by instantaneous electric water heaters.  They are fully equipped with new, Energy Star appliances:  electric range, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher.  New Energy Star windows are being installed.  Each will be highly insulated; walls, ceilings and floors.  New electric, telephone and cable outlets will be installed.  Floor surfaces will be a combination of tile and high quality laminate flooring.  A drain pan is being installed in each bath with hot & cold water lines for the tenant to install their own stackable washer & dryer or a slop sink.   

Rent will be in the $800/month range with the first month rent and $1,000 security deposit required at lease signing.
